We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
We do not accept returns for:
- Screens
- Custom-made items (including items with specific dimensions or finishes)
- Personalized items (with names, logos, or custom designs)
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible to return a product, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the office within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the defects as proof. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as we deem necessary.
prOOF OF pURCHASE
Please provide a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt, along with your damaged or defective items.
rETURN sHIPPING
Returns must be made in-store and are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You may choose to drop-off the item at our store at 1/140 Meakin Rd, Kingston QLD 4114 or schedule a pickup for a callout fee.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return conditions.
REFUNDS
We will issue a refund using your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that credit card refunds may take additional time to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
